Daniel graduated from the University of Canterbury with an LLB in 2004 and immediately joined Layburn Hodgins to gain vital experience before embarking on his working OE in true Kiwi style. During his travels Daniel lived in London for four years working in a litigation support role for a large London law firm and then for the Department of Trade & Industry investigating misconduct in personal and corporate insolvency.
Returning to his old stomping grounds, Daniel rejoined Layburn Hodgins in 2008 to practice in Commercial and Property Law with a focus on Residential and Commercial Conveyancing, Company law and Family Trusts.
Outside of work, Daniel enjoys travelling, running and snowboarding.
