I work with Trevor Quirk and practice in the areas of property and commercial, as well as assisting clients with solutions for their future by providing advice regarding Wills, Trusts and Enduring Power of Attorney.
I enjoy helping people and being their trusted advisor - especially those who are purchasing their first home and are experiencing legal issues for the first time. The process of purchasing a home, obtaining a mortgage, applying to withdraw KiwiSaver funds and / or the First Home Grant from Kainga Ora can be overwhelming - and even more so when it needs to be done under time pressure. I will simplify and organise the process, working together with my clients to spread the workload.

EXPERIENCE
I graduated in 2002 and joined a well-established law firm and practiced mainly in property and commercial law. I then joined Layburn Hodgins in May 2021. In my free time I enjoy travelling around New Zealand with my wife and our little bichon frise.
