After completing a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Canterbury; in January 2017 I joined Layburn Hodgins as the Trust Accountant working alongside Lisa. My daily responsibilities evolved to include debtor management, staff training, precedent creation and workflow maintenance. I played a big part in Layburn Hodgins’ successful transition towards the digital era.
In late 2021 I joined the family team as their secretary and then in 2022 I stepped in to the conveyancing team as secretary to Daniel, Caitlin and Alex. I am always working to expand my skillset, so this new role really excites me. I enjoy all aspects of organisational development from administration to the finer details surrounding employee motivation and job satisfaction. I am currently completing my Bachelor of Laws.
